From a touch-tone phone, call 901-545-2562 24-hours a day, seven days a week for Round-the-Cloc access to your Shelby County FCU accounts. It's easy and there is nothing to sign-up for. After calling, just enter your account number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number). After your initial login, you will be prompted to select your own PIN.
